If you are an existing Pulse Energy or Grey Power Electricity customer and you have received your first bill, you can access your account by registering here.
You will need your Consumer Number and your Account Number, as well as an e-mail address to complete the registration.
Your Consumer Number appears on the front of your Statement in the column on the right. You can find your Account Number in the top left corner on the second page of your Statement.
